Prof. BURÇAK ŞENTÜRK

Biography

Dr. Burçak Şentürk (Associated Professor), who is a faculty member at Marmara University, Department of Information and Records Management, completed her undergraduate education in Marmara University Archives Department in 2002 and started to work as a Research Assistant in the same department in 2003. She completed her master's degree in Marmara University Information and Records Management Department in 2005 and her doctorate in 2010 with her thesis titled "Strategic Service Management Model in Information and Records Centers". Receiving the title of Associate Professor in 2016, Şentürk's main fields of study are archives management, archivist, management and marketing of information services, career management of information professionals, strategic management in information centers and user relations management in information centers. Şentürk gives lectures at undergraduate and graduate levels related to these fields of study and has various scientific studies in these fields.
