Bahadır Ayar received his B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Marmara University in 2015. He subsequently earned his M.Sc. in Global Marketing from the Institute of Social Sciences at Marmara University in 2017 and his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Graduate School at Istanbul Technical University in 2025.
Between May 2019 and November 2025, he served as a Research Assistant in the Department of Business Administration, Marketing Division, at the Faculty of Business Administration of Marmara University. Since November 2025, he has been working in the same department as an Assistant Professor. His primary research interests include marketing research, marketing theory, consumer psychology, and nonprofit marketing.
