Biyografi

Olcay Bige Aşkun Received her BA in Sociology department from Bosphorus University, MS and PhD in Management and Organization department of faculty of Business from Marmara University. She is currently a Business faculty member in the department of Management and Organization at Marmara University. She teaches Sociology, Organizational Culture, Innovation Management, Corporate Communication Management, Management and Organization, Human Resources Management. Her interested areas are Organizational Sociology, Corporate Culture and Communication, Management & Organization, Human Resources Management, Innovation and Sustainability Management.
