In 2006, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Marmara University. In 2007, she successfully completed language studies in Berlin, Germany, under a scholarship from the Ministry of National Education. She then began her master's studies at the Faculty of Law at Potsdam University. In 2010, her thesis titled "The Protection of Indigent Guarantors," written under the supervision of Prof. Dr. iur. Dr. h.c. Belling, was selected as the best master's thesis. She completed her doctoral thesis with high honors, also under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dr. Belling. This thesis was published in 2015 by the international publishing house Duncker & Humblot and received a publication incentive award from the Potsdam University Law Society in Germany.
Ince, who teaches Turkish law courses at Humboldt University in Berlin and Civil Law courses at Bahçeşehir University (Berlin), has been working at Marmara University since 2016. From 2017 to 2018, she served as a visiting faculty member at Münster University, supported by a scholarship from the Heinrich Hertz Foundation for postdoctoral research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. iur. Dr. h.c. Dr. h.c. Schlüter. In 2023, she conducted research at Potsdam University under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Lettl for three months, funded by a TÜBİTAK Postdoctoral Research Scholarship. In October 2023, her application for associate professorship submitted to the Interuniversity Council was unanimously accepted. She is married and a mother of one child.
