Assoc. Prof. Betül Özkaya, who has finished her undergraduate studies in Hacettepe University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, has completed her master’s degree in Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration in the same University. Özkaya finished her doctorate in Statistics Field of Econometrics Department in Marmara University Social Sciences Institute and has been working in field of Advertising and Publicity, in Marmara University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations and Publicity. Besides giving lectures related to Advertising Research, Research Methods, Strategic Advertising Management, Customer Relationship Management, New Technologies and Advertising Management at undergraduate and graduate levels and focusing on the studies of advertising, digital marketing communication, consumer behaviors and brand. Özkaya also owns national and international bulletins that are presented in various scientific platforms, published articles and book sections.
