Biyografi
Nur Çetinoğlu is graduated from the Department of International Relations at Galatasaray University. She had her master's degree in International Relations at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and completed her PhD on Turkey-US relations in the Department of Political Science and International Relations (PSIR) at Marmara University. During her PhD studies, Nur Çetinoğlu was a visiting researcher at the London School of Economics IDEAS and the George Washington University National Security Archives. Her thesis was published with the title Düzen-Adalet İkileminde Türkiye'nin Dış Politikası ve ABD ile İlişkiler (Turkey's Foreign Policy and Relations with the US within the Order-Justice Dilemma. Istanbul: DER Yayınları, 2015).Her areas of interest include US foreign policy, Turkey-US relations, and the Middle East. Her publications have appeared in journals such as the Journal of Transatlantic Studies, Middle East Review of International Affairs, Digest of Middle East Studies, Journal of Conflict Transformation and Security, and The Turkish Yearbook of International Affairs. Çetinoğlu has co-authored the following books: Turkey between the United States and Russia: Surfing on the Edge ( with Ayşegül Sever and Emre Erşen. Maryland: Lexington Books, 2021) and Soğuk Savaş Sonrasında Türkiye-ABD İlişkilerinde Orta Doğu ve Lider Diplomasisi (The Middle East and Leadership Diplomacy in Turkey-US Relations after the Cold War, with Ali Faik Demir. Istanbul: Yeditepe Yayınevi, 2023). She is also an alumna of the Studies of the US Institutes (SUSI) 2022 program organized by the US Department of State and hosted by the University of Delaware.
