Şükrü Güllüoğlu, PhD, is an Assistant Professor from Marmara University. Güllüoğlu has
extensive experience and knowledge about molecular biology and cell biology of
various cancers specifically on non-coding RNAs and tumor promoting inflammation. He has received his PhD from Yeditepe university by his work
about microRNAs and tumorigenic inflammatory pathways in chordoma. In addition
to chordoma, the Güllüoğlu has publications about microarrays of prostate cancer,
glioblastoma multiforme and meningioma. After obtaining his PhD degree, Güllüoğlu
was appointed as a Post-Doctoral Research Officer at National University of
Singapore, where he took part on RNA vaccine technology research involving Next-Gen
sequencing library preparation and analysis.
