Biography
1998 yılında Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümü'nden lisans, 2004 yılında Istanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi'nden Kültürel İncelemeler alanında yüksek lisans, 2009 yılında New York Eyalet Üniversitesi Tarih bölümünden doktora derecesi aldı. Marmara Üniversitesi İngilizce Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümü'nde görev yapan Üngör, akademik çalışmalarında Doğu Asya bölgesinde uluslararası ilişkiler, Çin dış politikası, Türk-Çin ilişkileri ve Soğuk Savaş tarihine yoğunlaşmaktadır.
