Özet:Bu çalışmanın temel amacı terörün ve terör eylemlerinin kooperatiflerin kuruluş aşamaları ve işleyişleri üzerinde ne tür etkilerinin olduğunu irdelemektir. Terör, küreselleşmiş dünyada devletlerin toprak bütünlüğü ve vatandaşların can güvenliğini tehdit eden en büyük tehlikelerin başında gelmektedir. Bugün gelişmiş olan ülkeler ekonomik güçlerini arttırarak devam ettirmek isterken, gelişmemiş ya da gelişmekte olan ülkeler de ekonomik olarak güçlenerek istikrarlı bir şekilde büyümek ve gelişmek isterler. Ekonomik olarak güçlenmek toplumun bütün katmanları ile güçlenmesi ile mümkündür. Bu durumda yerel ekonominin güçlenmesi, toplumun kalkınmasının sağlanması, insanların hayat standartlarının yükseltilmesi, insanların tek başına altından kalkamadığı işlerinin yardımlaşma yoluyla yapılması gibi hedefleri olan kooperatifler ekonomi için büyük önem arz etmektedir. Ülkelerin ekonomilerini ve refahlarını hedef alan terör örgütleri dolayısıyla kooperatif işletmelerin faaliyetlerini de olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında terörün kooperatifler üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında terörün en yoğun yaşandığı illerden biri olan Şırnak ilinde faaliyetleri olan kooperatif üye ve yöneticileri üzerinde anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda bütün dünya için bir tehlike haline gelmiş olan terörün kooperatifler üzerindeki etkileri araştırma konusu yapılmış, ne tür etkilerinin olduğu ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. -------------------- The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of terrorism and terrorist acts on the stages of the establishment and functioning of cooperatives. Terrorism is one of the biggest threats in the globalized world that threatens the territorial integrity of states and the lives of citizens. Today, while the developed countries want to continue their economic power by increasing, undeveloped or developing countries want to grow and develop stably by strengthening economically. Economic empowerment is possible with the strengthening of all layers of society. The issues of great importance for cooperatives to contribute more to the economy; Strengthening the local economy, socio-cultural development of the society, raising the living standards of people and encouraging social solidarity are the most important issues. Terrorist organizations aiming at the economies and welfare of the countries adversely affect the activities of the cooperative initiatives. In this study, the effects of terrorism on cooperatives were investigated. Also, a survey was conducted on the members and managers of the cooperatives operating in Şırnak, one of the provinces where terrorism is most intense. As a result of this research, the effects of terrorism, which has become a danger for the whole world, on cooperatives have been investigated and it has been tried to reveal what kind of effects it has.
