Özet:Bu çalışma Fahreddin er-Râzî’nin bütün bilgiler zorunludur görüşüne sahip olduğunu tespit ve analiz etmektedir. Buna ek olarak zorunluluk görüşünün kısa bir tarihini de sunmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Râzî öncesi zorunluluk görüşüne sahip düşünürler ele alınmakta ve zorunluluk görüşünün tarihsel süreçteki sabiteleri ve değişkenleri tespit edilmektedir. İkinci bölümde Râzî’nin zorunluluk görüşünü ve bunun aksini ileri sürdüğü deliller incelenmekte ve bunlara bağlı olarak Râzî’nin bu görüşü benimsediği gerekçelere dayalı olarak ileri sürülmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Râzî’nin bilgide zorunluluk teorisinin tanım ve nazar teorisinde nasıl şekillendiği betimlenmektedir. -------------------- This dissertation establishes and analyzes the view of Fakhr al-dīn al-Rāzī that all knowledge is necessary. In addition, it also presents a brief history of this perspective. In the first section, the pre-Rāzian scholars holding this position are examined, and with respect to this view, those factors which are constant and those which are variable are determined. In the second section, having examined the passages in which al-Rāzī presents proofs both for and against the idea of necessary knowledge, the position that Razi truly did in fact adopt this view is argued for and supported, based upon an examination of the available evidence. In the third section, how his idea of the necessary nature of all knowledge is settled upon in his theories of definition and rational reasoning is described.
