Özet:Türkiye uzun yıllardır krizler toplumu olarak yaşamaktadır.Toplumumuzun krize saplanmadan geçirdiği bir on yıl yakın tarihte hemen hemen hiç yoktur.Krizler sürecinde siyasal ve ekonomik faktörler birleşmekte, ekonomik unsurlarında ağır basmasıyla birlikte içine girilen krizler Türk toplumuna ağır bedeller ödetmektedir. Yirmi yılı aşkın bir süredir kronik enflasyon sorununu yenememiş Türkiye’den başka bir ülke yoktur. 1990 yılından bu yana biri Nisan 1994, biri Kasım 2000, biri de Şubat 2001’de olmak üzere üç tane büyük krize ülkemiz saplanmıştır. Son iki krizin açtığı yaralar toplumumuzda halen hissedilmektedir. Bu çalışma ile, Türkiye Ekonomisi’nde yaşanan Kasım 2000 ve Şubat 2001 krizlerinin, başta Türkiye Ekonomisi’ne, genelde işletmelere özelde ise otomotiv sektörüne etkileri bir uygulama ile incelenmiştir. Yaşanan finansal krizin sebeplerinin, tüm iktisadi birimler ve ekonomi üzerine sonuçlarının irdelenmesiyle; yeni kriz süreçlerinin öngörülmesi, gereken uyumun sağlanması ve oluşabilecek olumsuzlukların en aza indirilmesi mümkün olacaktır. Turkey is considered to have been a society of crises for quite a long time.There has hardly ever been a period of decade during which Turkey wasn’t in time of crises recently. Political and economic factors are entwined with each other in a crises.The Turkish society has had to pay a lot due to the eceonomic elements playing a more important role during teh recent ones. Turkey is the only country which hasn’t been able to get over the problem of chronic inflation for over 20 years. Since 1990, Turkey has been through three crises: April-1994, November-2000, and February 2001. The aftermath of the last two still persists. Based on the last two crises, this study focuses on the Turkish economy in general and the automotive sector in particular.Having a look at the reason of the previous crises and their effects on the economic activities, it would be possible to forecast and adapt to the new processes of future crises and minimize all the difficulties.
