Özet:MESLEK LİSESİ MATBAA ALANI ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN İŞLETMELERDE SANAYİ STAJI ESNASINDA KARŞILAŞTIKLARI SORUNLAR VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ Mesleki eğitimin temel sorunları arasında en önemli problem, öğrencilerin teknolojik olanakların yetersizliği sebebiyle tatbiki eğitimin bütünleşememesidir. Öğrencilerin bu aşamadaki eksiklikleri işletmelerde aldıkları mesleki eğitimle tamamlanmaya çalışılsa da, okul ve işyeri arasında ikilemde kalan öğrencinin verimi çok azdır. Eğitim kurumları ile işletmeler, 3308 sayılı kanuna göre yürütülen işletmelerde meslek eğitimi kapsamında istihdama katılacak olan iş gücü yetiştirilmesi için ortaklaşa çalışmalar yapmakta, bu sürecin etkin ve verimli kullanımı için çeşitli önlemler alınmaktadır. Yapılan bu çalışmanın bu süreçteki öğrencilerin karşılaştıkları sorunların belirlenmesi ve çözümlenmesi aşamasında önem arz etmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışmada, evren olarak İstanbul il sınırları içindeki Meslek lisesi matbaa alanı son sınıf öğrencileri seçilmiştir. Öncelikle bu öğrencilerin işletmelerde meslek eğitimlerinde karşılaştıkları sorunlar belirlenerek anket hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan bu anketler, İstanbul il sınırları içindeki Meslek lisesi matbaa alanı son sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır. Verilerin işlenmesi amacıyla SPSS programında veri girişleri yapılmış ve analiz çıktıları alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda yorumlar yapılmıştır. Veriler göstermektedir ki, işletmelerdeki mesleki eğitimlerde okul işletme işbirliğinin güçlendirilmesi, öğrencilerin bu süreçte iken kontrol altında bulundurulmaları, işletme içinde öğrenciden çok bir birey olarak ele alınması, düşüncelerinin dinlenmesi ve önem verilmesi gerektiği ön plana çıkmıştır. Aynı zamanda öğrencilerin işletme eğitimleri sürecinde aldıkları ücretlerin bu süreçteki ihtiyaçlarını karşılamalarında yetersiz kaldığı ve bunun motivasyon kaybı yarattığı görülmüştür. Şüphesiz işletmelerdeki bu sürecin verimli bir şekilde gerçekleşmesi mesleki eğitim alan öğrencinin hem maddi hem de manevi açıdan yeterli kılınması ile sağlanacaktır. Ağustos, 2014 Cengiz ZENGİN ABSTRACT SOLUTION PROPOSALS AND PROBLEMS FACED BY VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL PRINTING DEPARTMENT STUDENTS DURING THE INDUSTRIAL INTERNSHIP IN BUSINESS The most important problem amongst the main issues in vocational education is the practical education integration of the students due to the lack of technological resources. Even though students try to complete their deficiency using the professional studies they acquire into the work place, the productivity of the student carrying the dilemma of school or work shop is very less. Educational institutions and companies collaborate to educate the labor force to participate to the employment according to its vocational education in accordance with the Law 3308 and to take some precautions to pass this period effective and productive. Their study is important to define and resolve the problems the students are facing during this period. In this study, in vocational high schools, final year students at the printing department in İstanbul were chosen. Firstly, a questionnaire was prepared after identifying the problems the students encounter in the companies during their professional education. These questionnaires were conducted to the printing department final year students in the high schools of İstanbul. In order to process the data; the data were entered into the SPSS program and the analysis were printed out. The comments were made according to the data obtained. The data showed that the collaboration between companies and schools was needed to be improved at the professional studies in the companies, during this period the students should to be kept under control, the students were needed to be considered as individuals rather than students, their thoughts should be listened and appreciated. By the way, the payment the students take during their education life stays inadequate to satisfy their needs and cause the loss of their motivation. Without doubt, the productivity of this period in the companies must be ensured by giving students enough economical and moral support. August, 2014 Cengiz
