Özet:İnternet Üzerinden Ses ve Görüntü Yayımcılığı Gelişen teknolojinin sunduğu olanaklar insanların kendilerini ifade ediş şekillerini de değiştirmiştir. 3. nesil cep telefonları sayesinde artık görüntülü mobil iletişim mümkündür. İnternet de bu noktada ilk ortaya çıktığı haliyle metin tabanlı olmanın çok çok ötesine geçmiştir. Fotoğraflar, yüksek çözünürlüklü grafikler ve animasyonlar epeydir internet ortamında kullanılmaktadır. Bunlara ek olarak kullanılan videolar ise durumu bambaşka bir hale getirmektedir. Zira artık herhangi bir konu ile internette araştırma yaptığımızda sadece metin ve fotoğraf değil video da aramaktayız. İnternet yeni iletişim yöntemleri yaratırken mevcut iletişim yöntemlerine avantajlı alternatifler de yaratmaktadır. Bunun en büyük sebebi internetin esnek ve genişleyebilir yapısıdır. Amaca uygun bir yazılım/donanım çözümüyle internette, diğer yöntemlerle zahmetli bir şekilde yapılacak her türlü iletişim kolayca ve ekonomik olarak gerçekleştirebilir. İnternet bu haliyle yaşamın vazgeçilmez bir iletişim/paylaşım mecrası olarak girmeyi başarmıştır. Yakın gelecekte kablosuz internet bağlatısının iyice yaygınlaşması ve cep telefonlarından kablosuz internet bağlantısı mümkün olmasıyla internet bağlantısı için zaman/mekan kavramı tarihe karışacağı için bireylerin bir anlamda internet ağındaki PC’ler gibi sürekli online olması gündeme gelecektir. Bu noktada sürekli kullanılan küreselleşme kavramı da anlamını yitirip, bireyler ve kurumlar, online/offline durumuna indirgenecektir. Kısaca internet başlangıçta küreselleşmeyi desteklerken zaman içinde bunu bir adım ileri götürerek yeni bir boyuta taşıyacaktır. ABSTRACT When the administrative, financial and cultural policy of the Roman Emperor Antoninus Pius, who ruled between the years 138-161 AD., towards the Asia Minor Region is examined, it is seen that, the emperor acted in favor of the development of the region. During the reign of Antoninus Pius, peace was generally maintained. Therefore; this peaceful reign provided the convenient conditions for the regions to prosper. Obviously; Asia Minor took advantage of the benefits the peaceful policy provided. It could be stated that; generally, financial concerns formed Antoninus Pius’s administrative, financial and cultural policy. Antoninus Pius was deeply concerned with the financial situation and the revenues of each province of the empire, as well as Asia Minor. Therefore; Antoninus Pius’s policy towards Asia Minor, is mainly based on the improvement of the financial situation and the development of the region. Antoninus Pius did not hesitate to supply the financial support that the Asia Minor cities needed for their cultural development. During the twenty-three years of his reign; he followed the policy which supported the progress of the Asia Minor region and enhancement of the life standards. The ancient sources show no evidences of hostile attitudes of the Asia Minor Hellenes towards Antoninus Pius. Therefore it can be said that, the Hellenes were content with his policy. Monuments and orations honouring the emperor, also support this idea. Since he was aware of the importance of Asia Minor, Antoninus Pius followed the policy which supported the prosperity of the region. Audio und Video Überinternet Übertragend Die Möglichkeiten der vorrückenden Technologie änderten die ausdrücklichen Weise Leute selbst. Mit der korrekten Kleinteil-/Software-Lösung ist es einfach, praktisch irgendeine Art Kommunikation herzustellen, die mit den herkömmlichen Methoden extrem unangenehm sein könnte. Ausserdem sind jene „alternativen Internet-Methoden“ in dem Verringern der Kosten ausgedrückt sehr leistungsfähig. Internet hat gefolgt, um in unsere Leben als Kommunikation zu erhalten und Teilenmittel. In der vorhersehbaren Zukunft werden drahtlose Anschlüsse allgemeiner und GSM Netz – Internet-Mitarbeit ist integriert. Resultierend aus diesen Faktoren sind Leute ununterbrochen innen Note mit Internet gerade wie ihren PC. An diesem Punkt wird das vorhandene Globalisierungkonzept weniger sinnvoll und werden Einzelpersonen und Firmen auf online/indirekt Situation verringert. Internet, das einmal verwendete zu beschleunigen und die Globalisierungbemühung stützt, verschiebt einen Vorwärts Schritt, auf ein neues Maß. De nos jours la « recherche » du concept est également sur le bord d'un changement radical. Les gens ne recherchent pas seulement le texte ou les photos mais pour les videos et l'acoustique aussi bien. Tandis que l'Internet crée de nouvelles manières de communication, il crée également des solutions de rechange prometteuses aux manières existantes de communication. Assurément son architecture flexible est la raison principale de ceci. Avec la solution appropriée de matériel/logiciel, il est facile d'établir pratiquement n'importe quel genre de communication, qui pourrait être extrêmement ennuyeux avec les méthodes conventionnelles. En outre, ces « méthodes alternatives d'Internet » sont très efficaces en termes de réduire les coûts. L'Internet a réussi pour entrer dans nos vies comme communication et milieu de partage. Dans l'avenir, les raccordements sans fil deviendront plus communs et la coopération d'Internet de – de réseau de GSM sera plus intégrée. En raison de ces facteurs, les gens seront sans interruption dedans contact avec l'Internet juste comme leurs PCs. En ce moment, le concept existant de globalisation deviendra moins signicatif et des individus et les compagnies seront réduits en différé à en ligne/situation. L'Internet, qui une fois accélérait et soutient l'effort de globalisation, déplacera un pas en avant, à une nouvelle dimension.
