Özet:DOĞAL KAYNAKLAR EKONOMİSİ VE SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİRLİK BAĞLAMINDA ÇEVRE VE EKOLOJİK (YEŞİL) EKONOMİ TARİHİ: 1960-1980 Bu tez, çevre ve ekolojik ekonominin, iktisat tarihi bağlamında araştırılması ve doğal kaynaklar, çevre ile ekoloji literatürü ve sürdürülebilirlik bağlamında ele alınmasını anlatmaktadır. Ekoloji ve çevre literatürüne ait kavramların ekonomi bağlamında tanımı yapılmıştır. Ekolojik açıdan öne çıkan yöntemler ele alınmış, dünya ve Türkiye açısından çevre tarihi incelenmiştir. Doğal kaynakların önemine dikkat çekilmiştir. Çevre ve ekolojinin tarihi, iktisat tarihi çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Ekolojik iktisat ve çevre iktisadının farkları açıklanmıştır. Çevre ve ekolojik iktisadın gelişmesine katkıda bulunan yazılı eserler incelenmiştir. İnsan hayatının devamlılığını sağlayan doğal kaynaklar ve enerji kaynaklarının çevre ekonomisi içindeki yeri vurgulanmıştır. 1960-1980 arasındaki çevre ve ekoloji ekonomisi ile ilgili teoriler ve önemli olaylar listelenmiştir. Çevre ve ekolojik ekonominin günümüzde uygulanmaya başlayan yöntemleri ele alınmıştır. Dünya nüfusu arttıkça ve ekonomik büyüme devam ettikçe, kaynak dağılımındaki eşitsizlikle sorun yaratmaya devam edecektir. Çevre ve ekolojik ekonomi teorileri bu sorunlara çözüm bulmayı amaçlamaktadır. ABSTRACT THE HISTORY OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECOLOGICAL (GREEN) ECONOMICS IN THE CONTEXT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND SUSTAINABILITY: 1960-1980 This thesis comprises of the assesment of the environmental and ecological (green) economics together with the context of economics history; and natural resources, ecology and enviroment literature; and sustainability. The definition of the concepts related with ecology and environment literature are given together with the context of economics. Ecologically prominet methods are discussed; history of environment is examined in terms of the world and Turkey. A clear attention is drawn to the significance of natural resources. The history of environment and ecology is examined as a part of history of economics. The differences between ecological economics and environment economics are clarified. The written texts which contributes to the development of environmental and ecological economics are assessed. The significance of the natural resources and energy resources which guarantees the survival of the humankind, in environment economics is emphasized. The theories and the major events related with enviroment and ecology economics of 1960-1980 are listed. The methods of environment and ecological economics which are begun to be carried today are discussed. In consequence of the increase on world population and the development of the economy, the inequality with the distribution of sources will be provoking serious problems. Environmental and ecological economics theories aim to find solutions to these problems.
