Özet:Çalışmada enerji kavramı ve kaynakları, dünya enerji kaynakları arasındaki petrolün önemi, Azerbaycan sosyal yapısı ve Azerbaycan'ın doğal kaynakalarından olan zengin petrolü ve petrolünün dünya ekonomisindeki önemi, Hazar petrolünün ekonomik bakımdan devletlere sağladığı yararlar ve özellikle Hazar'ın Azeri petrolünün önemi gözden geçirilmiştir. Enerji kaynağı olarak daha çok petrolün önemi anlatıldıktan sonra, dünyadaki petrol talep ve arzı, petrol rezervi, üretimi ve tüketimi, petrol fiyatlarının önemi ve ekonomideki etkisi, OPEC petrolünün dünya ekonomisindeki etkisi, Hazar Denizi ve Orta Asya petrolleri ve bu petrollerin dünya pazarlarına taşınmasında gereken boru hatları anlatılmıştır. Özellikle, Azerbaycan'ın Sosyal yapısına kısaca değindikten sonra en önemli ticari doğal kaynağı petrolün tarihçesi analiz edilmiş, petrol rezervi, üretimi, tüketimi, petrol anlaşmaları ve anlaşmaların sağladığı yararlar, Hazar'ın statüsü ve Azeri petrollerini dünyaya taşıyacak boru hatları ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca, Azeri petrolünün ülkeler açısından değerlendirilmesi analiz edilerek Hazar'ın ekonomik bakımdan sağladığı yararlar ve Azerbaycan petrol stratejisinin nasıl olması yönünde diplomatik ve ekonomik politikalar gözden geçirilmiştir. At this thesis study reviewed the meaning and the sources of energy, the importance of oil, among the energy sources of the world, social structure of Azerbaijan and reach natural oil sources of Azerbaijan and the importance of it in the economy of the world, the benefits of the Caspian Oil economically and especially the importance of Azerbaijanian oil in Caspian Sea. After mentioning about the importance the oil as the energy resource it was discussed the supply and demand of the oil in the world, oil reserve, production and consumption, the importance of oil prices and the effect on the economy, effect the OPEC oil on the economy of the world the oil of Central Asia and Caspian Sea and the necessary pipelines of those oils to the world marketing. Especially, after dealing with the social structure of Azerbaijan briefly history of the oil wich is the important commercial natural source was analysed and oil reserve, production, consumption of oil, agreements on oil and the benefits wich are provided through the agreements, the status of Caspian and the pipeline which will carry the Azerbaijanian oil to the world were discussed. In addition by analyzing the astimation the Azerbaijanian oil for other countries the benefits of the Caspian provided in economy and it was reviewed that the strategy of Azerbaijanian oil which should follow the economical end diplomatics politics.
