Özet:Son yıllarda küreselleşmeyle birlikte işletmeler, pazarda rekabet gücünü arttırmak için çeşitli yöntem ve araçlar kullanmaktadır. Kalite kavramı, günümüzde büyük önem teşkil etmekte ve müşteriler firmalardan kalite güvencesi olarak Kalite Belgesi talep etmektedir. Kalite Yönetim Sistemi (KYS) bu alanda firmalar için rehber görevi görmektedir. Aynı zamanda gelişen teknolojiyle beraber teknoloji tabanlı Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması (ERP) sistemi de işletmeler için önem kazanmaya başlamıştır. Her iki sistemde doğru olarak işletildiğinde işletmelere rekabet avantajıyla beraber bir takım yararlar sağlamaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasının amacı işletmede KYS şartlarını eksiksiz olarak uygulayan işletmelerde Kalite Yönetim Sisteminin Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu bağlamda KYS temel prensiplerinin, ERP projesi kurulum ve uygulama başarısına etkisinin analizi için literatür taraması yapılarak teorik model oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan hipotezler anket yöntemiyle 65 ERP danışmanından elde eline verilerin analiziyle test edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma elde edilen sonuçlara göre üst yönetimin desteği ve kararlılığı, yeniliklere açık olmak, süreç yaklaşımı, sürekli eğitim, sürekli iyileştirme, müşteri odaklılık ve tüm çalışanların katılımı ve benimsemesi ve ERP danışmanları ile ilişkiler faktörleri ERP sistemi kurulum ve uygulama başarısını etkileyen faktörler olarak belirlenmiştir. İşletmelerde Kalite Yönetim Sistemi varlığı ve etkin kullanımı ERP sistemi kurulum ve uygulama başarısını olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Kalite Yönetim Sistemi, ISO 9001:2008, Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması (KKP), ERP ABSTRACT In recent years with globalization, various methods and tools are used by organizations to improve the competitiveness of the market. The concept of quality has great importance nowadays and customers are demanding Quailty Certification from companies as assurance of quality. Quality Management System (QMS) is a milestone for the firms and it helps the customers to get knowledge about companies. At the same time with the developing technology, the technology-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is gaining importance for businesses as well. Both systems have numerous benefits for the future of business if they can be properly executed by firms. The aim of my dissertation is to implement the terms of the QMS business enterprises to examine the effects of the Quality Management System on Enterprise Resource Planning. So, a theoretical model was built that utilizes the main principals of Quality Management Systems in ERP system implementation created by a review of the literature. A generated hypotheses by the survey method, has been tested with analysis of data from 65 ERP consultants. According to questionnaire analysis results, top management support, to be open to new ideas, process approach, continuous education, continuous improvement, customer focused, user acceptance and relations with the ERP consultants are the most effective factors for ERP system installation and implementation. The presence of the Quality Management System in Enterprises and the effective use of QMS impact on the success of the ERP system installation and implementation positively.
