Özet:Günümüzde, uzaktan eğitimde yeni özellikler barındıran yazılımları kullanmak için çeşitli beceri ve bilgi gerekliliği ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu çalışmada, web tabanlı uzaktan eğitimde kullanılan sistemleri kullanan öğretim elemanlarının, “Öğrenme Yönetim Sistemi” ve “Sanal Sınıf” sistemlerini kullanırken yaşadıkları sorunların, çözümlerin ve önerilerin ortaya çıkarılması hedeflenmiştir. Ayrıca çözüm önerisi olarak e-mentorluk uygulamasının kullanılması ile birçok sorundan haberdar olunacağı öne sürülerek, çözüm olması amacıyla e-mentorluk uygulaması geliştirilmiştir. Bu uygulamanın özellikleri değerlendirilerek ihtiyaç ve geliştirme önerileri oluşturmak da amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmadaki veriler UE metodu ile ders veren 7 öğretim elemanına soru formu doldurtularak 7 hafta boyunca e-mentorluk uygulamasını kullanmaları ve yaşadıkları sorunlara çözüm olması noktasında çözüm önerileri geliştirmeleri istenmiştir. E-mentorluk uygulamasının geliştirilebilir özellikleri ve ihtiyaca cevap vermesi için neler yapılabileceği ile ilgili, UE personelleri ile sürekli görüşmeler yapılmış ayrıca soru formunu da doldurmaları istenmiştir. Bu çalışma, alanyazın taraması yapılırken birçok mentorluk uygulaması örneği ve süreci ile ilgili bilgilerden faydalanılarak oluşturulduğu için, mentorluk uygulamaları ile ilgili detaylı bir kaynak olmuştur. Bu araştırmada bilgi toplama aracı olarak soru formu kullanılmış, sorulara verilen cevaplar detaylı olarak analiz edilerek çözümleme ve yorumlama yapılmıştır. Ayrıca informal uzman görüşmeleri ile de değerlendirme sürecindeki toplanan bilgiler desteklenerek detaylandırılmıştır. E-mentorluk uygulaması hazırlanırken, e-öğrenme avantajları da göz önünde bulundurularak, UZEM’lerde uzman olarak görev yapan personellerin önerileri doğrultusunda bir yol izlenmiştir. Çalışmanın genelinde vurgulanmak istenen şey, uzaktan eğitimde yaşanan sorunlar ve e-mentorluk uygulamasının, öğretim elemanlarının karşılaştıkları sorunlara ihtiyaç ve çözüm olduğudur. -------------------- Nowadays, various skills and knowledge requirements have been introduced in order to use the software with new features in distance education. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the problems, solutions and suggestions experienced by the instructors who use the systems used in web based distance education while using "Learning Management" System and “Virtual Class” systems. In addition, the e-mentoring application as a solution proposal to be aware of many problems by using the e-mentoring application has been developed to be solution. The purpose of this application is to evaluate and the needs and development recommendations. The data in this study were asked to use the e-mentoring application for 7 weeks by completing the questionnaire to 10 lecturers who are teaching by distance education method and to develop solutions to the problems they experienced. Continuous interviews were made with distance education staff about the feasibility of the e-mentoring application and what could be done to respond to the need. This study has been a detailed source of mentoring practices, since it was created by using the information about the sample and process of many mentoring applications when field literature was screened. In this research, the questionnaire was used as an information gathering tool and the answers to the questions were analyzed in detail and analyzed. In addition, informal expert interviews provided detailed information in the evaluation process. In the preparation of the e-mentoring application, in line with the e-learning advantages, a path was followed in line with the suggestions of the staff working in distance education centers as experts. In the general context of the study, the problems encountered in distance education and the practice of e-mentoring are the need and solution of the problems faced by the teaching staff.
