Özet:BASIM ENDÜSTRİSİ İLE İLGİLİ İLERİ TEKNOLOJİLERE AİT TEMEL KAVRAMLARIN İNCELENMESİ RFID, CtP, Renk Yönetim Sistemi ve Dijital Baskı Sistemleri dünyada ve ülkemizde 20–25 yıldan beri yoğun olarak kullanılmaktadır. Ancak bu sistemlerin tamamını ithal ederek kullanan basım sektörü, Türkçe teknik literatür, nitelikli teknik eleman ve yaşadığı sorunları çözebilmesi için yardım alabileceği insanların eksikliğini çok yoğun olarak yaşamaktadır. Bu sistemler, eskiden olduğu gibi usta çırak ilişkisi ile yetişen insanlardan çok, yabancı dil bilen özellikle matbaacılık konusunda lisans eğitimi almış hem teorik bilgisi hem de el becerisi iyi olan insanların kullanımını gerektirir. Bu insanların, önlisans, lisans ve lisansüstü seviyede yetiştirilmesi ancak üniversitelerde yapılan eğitim ve araştırmalarla mümkün olmaktadır. RFID’in üretimi ve çalışması tamamen elektronik ve bilgisayar biliminin konusudur. Ancak RFID en çok değerli ambalajların bünyesinde kullanılmaktadır. Gerek ambalajın üretimi gerekse RFID’nin ambalaja adapte edilmesi matbaacılığın konusudur. Çünkü ambalajın sorunlu üretimi veya RFID’nin optimum adapte edilememesi RFID kullanımında sorun yaratmaktadır. RFID bu nedenle çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. CtP Teknolojisi matbaacılık açısından filmi ortadan kaldırması ile çağın buluşudur. En önemli unsurlarından bir tanesi de baskı öncesi hazırlık aşamalarındaki süreyi kısaltarak, hata payını azaltmasıdır. Bu durum birkaç saatte 100-150 ton ham kağıdı gazeteye dönüştürmek zorunda olan gazete basım işletmeleri için çok önemlidir. Renk Yönetim Sistemi müsvetteden baskıya, renklerin ekranda, provada, baskıda kabul edilebilir sapmalar dahilinde birbirine yakın olmasını güvence altına alan yazılım ve donanımdan oluşan bir sistemdir. Renk yönetim sistemi uygulanmasıyla çok renkli basılı ürünlerde kalite artmış ve fireler azalmıştır Dijital baskı sistemleri temelde sıvı mürekkep ve katı tonerli sistem olarak ayrılmaktadır. Ayrıca makinelerin ebat, çalışma sistemi, tabaka ya da bobin oluşu gibi farklılıklarda vardır. Dijital baskı sistemleri 50x70cm’ye kadar olan baskılarda Ofset baskı tekniğine çok ciddi rakip olmuştur. Şuan en önemli sorun ise yüksek tirajlardaki maliyetin fazla oluşudur. Yapılan çalışma, yukarıda anılan sorunların çözümüne kısmen de olsa destek olmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. ABSTRACT EXAMINING THE BASIC CONCEPTS OF PRINTING INDUSTRY RELATED TO ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY RFID, CtP, Color Management System and Digital Printing Systems have been used intensly around the world and in our country since 20-25 years. But the printing industry, face some problems about importing all of these systems due to the lack of Turkish technical literature, qualified technical personel and experienced staff needed for assistance. These systems require people educated with foreign languages, bachelor degree particularly in printing branch and theoratical knowledge as well as good manual dexterity instead of people with master and apprentice experience in the industry. This could only be succeeded with undergraduate, graduate and master degree with the education and research applications within the universities. Production and operation of RFID is completely electronic and the subject of computer science. However, RFID is mostly used for valuable packaging. Therefore both production of package and adaptation of RFID in the package is the subject of printing. The problemable production of packaging or not adapteting the RFID optimally may cause problems in the use of RFID. That’s why RFID has been included in this study. CtP technology is told to be the discovery of era in mean of print industry by eliminating the film. One of the most important factors of CTP technology is shortening the pre-press process before print and reducing the margin of error. It is very important for the newspaper print business that have to convert 100-150 tons of raw papers into newspapers in 3-4 hours. Color Management System is a system with software and hardware that secures the pressure within the acceptable deviations of color to be close to one another from scratch to the screen, proofing and printing. After the use of color management system, quality of multi-coloured prints have been increased and scraps have been decreased. Digital printing systems are basicly divided in liquid ink and solid toner systems. Meanwhile there’re differences formed due to the size of machine, operating system, layers or coils. Digital print systems have been a serious competitor for the Offset print technique for prints up to 50x70cm. Today, the most important issue is the high cost of long run production. This study has been carried out to support the solution of the above-mentioned problems.
