Özet:Anahtar Kelimeler :Esnek Çalışma, Kadın İşgücü TÜRKİYE’DE ESNEK ÇALIŞMA VE KADIN İŞGÜCÜ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİLERİ Toplumsal yapıyla beraber değişime uğrayan üretim sistemleri, ataerkil toplum düzeninde cinsiyet eşitsizliğinin daha da artmasına neden olmuştur. Yeni üretim sistemlerinin ‘esneklik’ adı altında, kadın-erkek işgücü arasındaki ayrımcılığı derinleştiren sistemi incelediğimiz bu tez üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kadının toplumsal yapıdaki yerini ilkel toplumlardan günümüze incelenerek, üretimin esnekleşmesi ve buna bağlı olarak enformel sektör içinde yaygınlık kazanan ev eksenli çalışma ve diğer esnek çalışma modellerinin öznesi olan kadınların yeri irdelenmiş, ikinci bölümde, esnek çalışmanın kadın işgücü üzerindeki değerlendirmeleri yapabilmek adına kadının çalışma yaşamına girişi tarihsel perspektifte ele alınmış ve istatistiki verilerle değerlendirilmiştir. Birinci ve ikinci bölümde elde edilen bilgiler ışığında; son olarak kadının esnek çalışma biçimlerine katılışı, esnek çalışan kadınların örgütsüzlüğü, güvencesizliği ve yasalardaki boşluklar incelenmiştir. Bu araştırmada “esnek çalışma”nın kadınlar için ne demek olduğu sorusuna cevap aranmıştır. İlkel toplumlardan günümüze kadar üretime değişik biçimlerde katılan kadınların, neoliberal politikalarla hız kazanan küreselleşme sürecinde esnek üretim biçimlerinde nasıl rol oynadıkları irdelenmiştir. Neoliberal politikalarla, bu sürece dâhil olan kadın emeğinin sömürülmesi; beraberinde örgütlenmenin zayıf olduğu ve kadının sosyal, toplumsal ve ekonomik haklarının kısıtlandığı bir ortam yaratmıştır. İstatistikî verilerle desteklenen bu araştırmada, kadının tarihsel süreçteki çalışma ilişkileri ve günümüz çalışma ilişkilerini kapsayan bir analizde bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Keywords : Flexible Labouring , Female Labour Force ABSTRACT FLEXIBLE LABOURING IN TURKEY AND ITS EFFECTS ON FEMALE LABOUR FORCE The production system which has suffered from a change with social structure, caused the sexism grow so far. This thesis in which we examine gender discrimination which is identified under the name of ‘ flexibility ‘ of the new production system , consists of three parts. In the first part, the place of woman from primitive societies to present day, the flexibility of production and related to this, the woman who is the subject of home office working style which is common in informal sector and other flexible labouring styles are analysed, in the second part in order to analyse the effect of flexible labouring on women, the history of introduction of women to the business life is analysed depending on statistics. In the first and in the second parts related to this information, the participation of women to flexible labouring , their non-organization and unguaranteed situation and legal loopholes are analysed. In this research, the answer for the question of what flexible labouring means for women, is searched. The role of women who have been taking place in different parts of the production since primitive societies, and their existence in the process of globalization in neoliberal politics, are analysed. In neoliberal politics, the exploitation of women has created an atmosphere in which organization is very limited and in which the social, communal and financial rights of women are under restriction. In the research which is supported by statistical data, an analysis is tried to be made, which consists of working relations of women through history and working relations in present day. Dans cette thèse, on va examiner sexisme qui a été expliqué sous le nom de ‘ flexibilité ‘ dans les trois parties. Dans la premiere partie, on va éxaminer la place de la femme, la flexibilité de la production, et le type flexible du travail. Dans la deuxieme partie, on va éxaminer les effets de la flexibilité du travail sur les femmes avec les données statistiques. Avec ces informations, on va analyser la participation de la femme au type flexible du travail and leur situaiton sans garanti edu travail. Dans cette recherche, on analyse le sens du type flexible du travail sur les femmes. On éxamine le role des femmes qui ont un lieu important dans la production depuis les sociétés primitives et leurs existences dans l’avancement de politique néolibérale. Dans le politique néolibérale , les droits financiers des femmes sont tres limités. Dans cette recherche, qui est supportée avec les données statistiques, on fait un analyse que se compose les relations de travail á travers l’histoire et de notre jour. Flexibel Arbeit in der TURKEi und die Wirkung über Weibliche Arbeitskraft Das Herstellungsanlage leidet so sehr von der veränderung der Sozialstruktur und diese systemen verursachen sexismus.Diese Forschung in der wir untersuchen genus unterscheidung welche erkannt unter dem Name der flexibilität besteht von drei Teilen aus. In der erste Phase, der Platz den Frauen von primitivgesellschaften bis heute,die Flexibilität der Herstellung und verbindung mit dieser Situation,die Frauen wer ist das Thema des hausburo arbeitssystem welche ist allgemein in dem informellsektor und die andere arbeitsstilen werden untersuchen. In der zweite Phase um die wirkung den fleixbelarbeitssyemen über Frauen zuforschen,die Geschichte des Frauensarbeitsleben wird untersuchen mit der Hlife den Statistiken.In der erste und zweite Phasen verbinden mit diesem Wissen,die vorbereitung der Frauen in der Flexibelarbeit,ihre Unordnung,unversichertung und Gesetzliche Lücken werden untersuchen. In dieser Forschung,die Antwort für die Frage ‘was bedeutet die Flexibilität der Arbeit fur die Damen‘ ist untersucht.Das Position der Damen wer hat schon in der unterschiedliche teile der Produktherstellung genommen,ist untersucht.Danach untersucht das Existenz der Frauen in dem globalizationsprozess.In dem Neoliberalpolitik die Ausnutzung der Frauensarbeitrechte und unordnungslos vereinen der Frauen sind gegründet,sozial und zurückhaltende Okonomische Rechte hat geschehen.In dieser forschung unterschützt bei den Statistischesdaten,eine Untersuchung hat gemacht wollen,welche besteht arbeitlichebeziehung der Frauen in der Vergangenheit gemacht hat und arbeitlichebeziehung in unserem Zeitalters.
