1. CEZA İNFAZ KURUMLARINDAKİ KADINLARIN PSİKOSOSYAL GEREKSİNİMLERİNE YÖNELİK GELİŞTİRİLEN EĞİTİMİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ Öğrencinin Adı: Mehtap KIZILKAYA Danışmanı: Doç. Dr. Gül ÜNSAL BARLAS Yrd. Doç. Dr. Semra KARACA Anabilim Dalı: Psikiyatri Hemşireliği Amaç: Bu araştırma, ceza infaz kurumlarındaki kadınların psikososyal gereksinimlerine yönelik geliştirilen eğitimin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Tek grupta ön test- son test desenli yarı deneysel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Aydın ili sınırları içinde bulunan iki farklı E Tipi Kapalı Ceza İnfaz Kurumu’nda bulunan hükümlü kadınlar (n=62), örneklemini çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden hükümlü kadınların tamamı (n=54) oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Soru Formu ”, “Sosyal Beceri Envanteri ”, “Problem Çözme Envanteri ” ve “Değerlendirme Formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Kadınların verdikleri yanıtlar doküman inceleme yöntemi ile değerlendirilerek temalar belirlenmiştir. Oluşan temalar genellikle iletişim ve problem çözme ile ilgili olduğu için eğitim programı iletişim ve problem çözme becerileri doğrultusunda geliştirilmiş ve uzman görüşüne sunulmuştur. Eğitim programı dokuz oturum olarak yürütülmüştür. Veriler SPSS-18 paket programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Eğitim programı öncesi ve sonrası problem çözme ve sosyal beceri envanteri puan ortalamaları tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular ve Sonuçlar: Eğitim programı öncesi ve sonrası hükümlü kadınların sosyal beceri envanteri ve problem çözme envanteri puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Eğitim programının hükümlü kadınların sosyal beceri ve problem çözme becerileri üzerinde etkili olduğu bulunmuştur. SUMMARY THE ASSESSMENT OF THE TRAINING THAT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED FOR THE PSYCHOSOCIAL NEEDS OF THE WOMEN WHO ARE IN PENAL INSTITUTIONS Student’s Name: Mehtap KIZILKAYA Supervisor: Doç. Dr. Semra KARACA Department: Psychiatry Nursing Purpose: This research is a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest design in one group, that has been carried out with the aim of the evaluation of the training which has been developed for the psychosocial needs of the women who are in penal institutions. Methodology: The population of the research consists of the women who are in the Located within the boundaries of the province of Aydın two different E Type Closed Penal Institution (n=62) and the sample consists of all the condemned women who have accepted to take place in the research (n=54). The data of the research has been collected through “Personal Information Form ”, “Questionary Form”, “Social Skill Inventory”, “Problem Solving Inventory”, and “Assessment Form”. The answers of the women to the questions have been assessed through document review method and the themes have been determined. As the themes have generally been on communication and problem solving, the training programme has been developed in accordance with communication and problem solving and have been presented to the expert opinion. The training programme has been carried out in nine sessions. The data has been assessed through SPSS-18 package. The point averages of the problem solving and social skill inventories of before and after training have been assessed as one-way analysis of variance. Finding and Result: A statistically meaningful difference has been found out in between the point averages of social skill inventory and problem solving inventory of the condemned women before and after the training programme. It has been found out that the training programme is effective on social and problem solving skills of condemned women.
