Özet:Araştırma, 4.ve 5. sınıf öğrencilerinin sanat eğitiminde natürmort çalışmalarıyla estetik yönlerinin geliştirilmesini kapsamaktadır. Çalışmada öncelikle sanat eğitimine yer verilmiştir. Resim sanatında ayrı bir yere sahip olan natürmortun tarihçesi üzerinde durulmuştur. Nesnelerin, anlamlarının dönemden döneme gösterdiği farklılıklar üzerinde durulmuştur. 50 natürmort eser üzerinde durulmuştur. Seçilen bu eserler 10 – 11 yaş grubu çocuklarının anlayabileceği bir biçimde kaleme alınmıştır. Çalışmanın önemli olan diğer bir konusuda ‘estetik’ kavramıdır. Estetik biliminin tarihçesi üzeinde durulmuş, antik çağdan çağdaş estetiğe kadar olan süreç incelenmiştir. Güzel, yüce, zarif, çirkin gibi kavramlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında 4.ve 5. sınıf öğrencilerine yönelik anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket, Mehmet Akif Ersoy İlköğretim okulunun sadece 4A ve 5A şubeleri ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Öntest sontest biçiminde bir anket uygulanmıştır. Ön test uygulamasından sonra öğrencilerle görsel materyallerinde desteğiyle estetik ve natürmort konuları işlenmiştir. Şeçilen 50 natürmort öğrencilerle birlikte incelenmiştir. Soru- cevap, anlatım, araştırma gibi yöntemler kullanılmıştır. Daha sonra sontest uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada 78 öntest ve 78 sontest elde edilmiştir. Veriler; SPSS 17.0 (Sosyal Bilimler için İstatistik Programı) ile analize tabii tutulmuştur. Testin ilk uygulaması ile sonraki uygulaması arasında anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığı bağlantılı gruplar t- testi (paired groups) ile araştırılmıştır. In the research art education takes place priorıty.It takes attention to the history of naturmort which has an another part in education of art The research consists of the differences of objects and their meanings from an age to another.50 works of stil life (naturmort) were scanned. These chosen works of art were indeted in the manner of the understanding capacities of 10 and 11 ages children. Another matter of the study is the concept- esthetic.The study concerns of the history of esthetic science and the period from antique age to the contemporary estetic.It is about of the concepts -fine, sublimed, fragile and ugly On the second step of the research,4th and 5th classes students were carried through a questionnaire.The questionnaire was limited only with the students of 4A AND 5 A of Mehmet Akİf ERSOY Primary school.Pre-test and final test questionaires were applied.After pre-test students with the support of visual materials ,the concept of naturmort and esthetic were worked. The chosen 50 naturmort works were examined with the students. Question and answer, comprehension and research techniques were used. At last, evoluation test was applied. In the research 78 pre-tests, 78 final tests were obtained. Outcomes were analysed by The SPSS 17.0 (Statistical Package For The Social Science).Whether there is a great amount of differences or not is scanned via paired goup tests.
