Özet:Araştırma, Uzaktan Hemşirelik Eğitimine İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği’ni geliştirmek ve psikiyatri hemşirelerinin tutumlarını değerlendirmek amacıyla metodolojik, kesitsel ve betimleyici olarak planlandı. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ilinde Sağlık Bakanlığı’na bağlı iki eğitim ve araştırma hastanesi, iki özel hastanede çalışan hemşireler; örneklemini ise çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 194 hemşire oluşturdu. Veriler SPSS version 17 ile değerlendirildi. Ölçeğin toplam Cronbach alfa katsayısının .94, test-tekrar test güvenirlik katsayısının .89, her bir maddenin toplam puanla korelasyonlarının .46 ile .69 arasında olduğu bulundu. Yapı geçerliliği için varimax rotasyonu ile yapılan faktör analizinde özdeğeri 1’i aşan, toplam değişkenliğin % 65.02’sini açıklayan 25 maddeden oluşan 5 faktörlü bir ölçek elde edildi. Bu faktörler; “Etkileşim”, “Öğrenme Stilleri”, “Destek Hizmetler”, “Etkileşim Araçları” ve “İçerik Sunumu” olarak adlandırıldı. Verilerin analizinde, yüzdelik, ortalama, bağımsız örneklem t testi, tek yönlü anova varyans analizi ve Pearson’s korelasyon testi kullanıldı. Analizler sonucunda hemşirelerin yarıdan fazlasının (%58.2) ortalamaya eşit puan aldığı, uzaktan hemşirelik eğitimine ilişkin tutumlarının yaş, medeni durum, eğitim düzeyi ve çalışma yıllarından etkilenmediği görüldü. Sonuç olarak, bulgular Uzaktan Hemşirelik Eğitimine İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği’nin (UHEİTÖ) geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğunu göstermektedir. Anahtar Sözcükler: Ölçek geliştirme, Uzaktan Hemşirelik Eğitimi, Tutum SUMMARY The Attitudes Of Psychiatry Nurses Towards The Distance Nursing Education The study was planned as descriptive, cross-sectional and methodological to develop the attitude scale towards the distance nursing education and evaluate the attitudes of psychiatry nurses towards the distance nursing education. The study population consist of nurses who working in two hospitals of the Ministry of Health and two special hospitals in Istanbul. The sample of the study consisted of 194 nurses who agreed to participate in this study. Data were evaluated by SPSS version 17. The scale total cronbach alpha coefficient was found .94, test-retest reliability coefficient .89, and correlations of each article with total point was found between .49 and .69. In factor analysis done with varimax rotation for construct validity, whose eigenvalue is over 1, explaining 65.02 % of total variability, 5 factors consisting of 25 articles were obtained the scale. These factors are called “Interaction”, “Learning Style”, “Support Services”, “Tools of Interaction” and “Presentation of Content”. Analysis of data were used percentage and mean, independent samples t test, one way anova and Pearson’s correlation test. As a result of analysis, it was observed that more than half of the nurses (58.2) obtained a score equal to the average. The attitudes of nurses were not affected by age, marital status, educational level and years of working. Consequently, findings are showed that The Attitude Scale Towards Distance Nursing Education (ASTDNE) is a valid and reliable instrument.
