Özet:Bu araştırmanın konusu İstanbul’daki Yetişkine Yönelik Eğitim Programları düzenleyen sivil toplum örgütlerinden biri olan Cem Evleridir. Bu amaçla, İstanbul’da Anadolu yakasında 5, Avrupa yakasında 3 cem evi örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Bu cem evleri daha fazla eğitim programları düzenlendiği için tercih edilmiştir. Cem Evleri kuruluşlarının yöneticileri ile görüşülerek, cem evlerinin yönetim yapısı ve yetişkinlere yönelik faaliyetleri incelenmiştir.Bu araştırmada tarafımızdan hazırlanan iki anket kullanılmıştır. Birinci anket, 8 Cem evi Kuruluşu’nun yöneticilerine uygulanan ve üç bölümden (demografik bilgilere ait 7, sivil toplum kuruluşu yönetim yapısına ait 23 ve yetişkin eğitimi faaliyetlerine ait 18 olup toplam 48 maddeden) oluşan yönetici anketidir.İkinci anket, 8 Cem evi Kuruluşu’nun kursiyerlerine uygulanan ve iki bölümden (demografik bilgilere ait 8, kursiyerlerin kurslarla ilgili görüşlerine ait 11 olup toplam 19 maddeden) oluşan kursiyer anketidir.Araştırmada, " kursiyer anket”inin bulguları frekans ve yüzde değerleri alınmış,”yönetici anket”inin bulgular da nitel olarak değerlendirilmiştir.Cem Evlerindeki yöneticilerin hepsinin erkek ve evli olduğu görülmüştür. Çoğunluğu lise mezunudur. Cem Evlerindeki kursiyerlerin çoğunluğu kadındır ayrıca kursiyerler 15-26 yaş gurubu ve lise mezunudur.Statü bakımından Sivil Toplum Örgütü olan Cem Evleri: Hukuksal, Sosyal ve Dinsel işleve sahiptir. Günümüzde modern hukuktan dolayı hukuksal işlevi kalmamıştır. Sosyal ve dinsel alanda yetişkin eğitim programı düzenleyerek kentsel yaşama uyum sağlama sürecinde önemli adımlar atmışlardır. ABSTRACT The subject of this research is the Cem Evleri (Alevi Cultural Centers) which are one of the NonGovernmental Organizations( NGO) in Istanbul, organizing Training Programmes for the Adults Education. That’s why, five Cem Evleri in Anatolian and three in European part of Istanbul have been taken as an exemplar. Those Cem Evleri have been particularly chosen because they have organized more educational programmes than others. Interviewing with the directors of those Cem Evleri, the constitution of their management and their activities for adults education have been researched clearly.In this research, there have been used two questionnaires which are developed by researchers. The first questionnaire is used for the directors of those eight Cem Evleri and it mainly consists of three parts ( demographic circumstances -7 items, managerial constitution of the NonGovernmental Organizations( NGO) - 23 items, and activities for Adults Education -18 items; totally 48 items).The second questionnaire is for the trainees of those Cem Evleri. It is composed of two main parts (demographic issues - 8 items and views of the trainees about the activities-11 items; totally 19 items).In this research, “the results of the trainee questionnaire” have been evaluated by taking frequency and percentage values of them; and “ the results of the directoral questionnaire” have been evaluated as qualitative and quantitive.In conclusion, All the directors at Cem Evleri are observed to be male and married. Most of them have graduated from High school. Most of the trainees at Cem Evleri are women and young people (aged from 15 to 26). Almost all graduated from High school. Cem Evleri described as NonGovernmental Organizations has three main functions; legal,social and religious. Today the legal side has no more functioned, yet Cem Evleri has still been organizing social and religious programmes for Adults to faciliate the process of urban adaptation.
