Özet:1.Şizofreni Hastalığı Olan Bireyleri İşe Yerleştirme İle İlgili Görüşler Ve Beklentiler: Hasta, Ailesi Ve İşverenler 1. Psikiyatri Hemşireliği Anabilim Dalı Amaç: Bu çalışmada şizofrenili bireylerin işe yerleştirilmesi ve yerleştirildikleri işe devam edebilmelerine ilişkin sorunları tanımlamak, işe girme engellerini belirlemek ve işe girmelerinin yararlarını saptamak amaçlanmıştır. Bu sorunları saptamak üzere şizofrenili bireyler ve aileleri, katkı sağlayacak durumda olan işverenlerin görüş, beklenti ve deneyimlerine başvurulmuştur. Gereç ve Yöntem: Şizofrenili bireylerin bir iş sahibi olamamaları nedeniyle yaşadıkları sorunları ve işe girmelerini etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla, her bireyden farklı ve ayrıntılı bilgiye ulaşmak ve soruna yönelik bireysel bakış açısını kavrayabilmek amacıyla niteliksel yöntemlerden “derinlemesine görüşme tekniği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Kocaeli ilinde İzmit Bizim Bahçe Şizofreni Yakınları Dayanışma Derneği’ne üye olan şizofreni tanısı almış hastalar, aileleri ve 250 kişi ve üzerinde çalışanı olan ( büyük sanayi kuruluşu) özel sektör şirketlerin insan kaynakları yetkilileri oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları ile “bireysel derinlemesine görüşme tekniği” kullanılarak yüz yüze görüşmeler ile “veri doygunluğu” yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Çalışma 25 şizofrenili birey, 13 hasta yakını ve 8 işveren katılımcı ile tamamlanmıştır. Bulgular: Nitel verilerin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda şizofrenili bireylerin yaşadıkları sorunları ve önerilerini içeren 5 ana tema, ailelerin sorunları ve önerilerini içeren 4 ana tema, işverenlerin şizofrenili bireylerle ilgili endişeleri ve işe alım için yapılabileceklerini içeren 8 ana tema belirlendi. Sonuçlar: Şizofrenili bireyler ve aileleri, işverenler tarafından destek verilerek bir işte çalışmalarının sosyalleşmeleri için fırsat olacağı ve özgüvenlerinin artacağını ifade etmişlerdir. İşverenler ise, engellerin kalkması ve önyargıların kırılması için şirket çalışanlarının bilgilendirmesinin yaralı olacağını ifade etmişlerdir. Dr. Gül ÜNSAL BARLAS Psychiatry Nursing Department Aim: This study is aimed to determine some problems related to work placement of people with schizophrenia and their maintaining this work; obstacles for having work and benefits of having work. For determining these problems, the views, expectations and experiments of patients, families and employers were asked. Material and Method: In the study, in depth-interview technique was used in order to determine the problems lived by people with schizophrenia when they have not a job and the factors that inhibit to get a job in them. Also this technique was used for getting information from every person in detail and realizing their individual perspectives. The patients with schizophrenia member of ‘İzmit Our Garden Relatives of Schizophrenia Cooperation Association', their families and human resource managers of special companies which have got 250 and over employees (big industry institution) constituted of the universe. Data was collected by using ‘individual in - depth interview technique’ with semi-structured interview forms and by ‘data saturation’ method with face to face interviews. The study was completed with 25 people with schizophrenia, 13 relatives and 8 employers. Results: After the evaluation of qualitative data; 5 main contents included in the problems and suggestions of patients, 4 main contents included in the problems and suggestions of the families, 8 main contents included in the worries of the employers about person with schizophrenia and things that they could do about taking for job were determined. Conclusions: Patients with schizophrenia and their families stated that employers’ supporting the patients by giving them a job could be an opportunity for their socialization and also it could increase their self-confidence. However, employers stated that informing other employees should be useful for disappearing of obstacles and removing of bias. Key words: Schizophrenia, Employment, Obstacles, Bias
