Özet:Kayıt dışı ekonomi, ister gelişmiş ülke olsun ister gelişmekte olan ülke olsun tüm ülkelerin kronik sorunu olmaktadır. Hangi ülke olursa olsun kayıt dışı ekonominin artıyor olması o ülkede yaşayan halkın gelir dağılımında eşitlik ve adaletin bozulmasına ve haksız rekabetin oluşmasına neden olduğu bilinen bir gerçektir. Yapmış olduğum bu çalışmada kayıt dışı ekonominin nedenleri ve kaynağının ne olduğu bulunmaya çalışmış, bunun yanı sıra, olumlu veya olumsuz yönlerinin neler olduğu irdelenmiş ayrıca kayıt dışı ekonomiyle mücadele etmenin yolları araştırılmıştır. Kayıt dışı ekonominin olumlu yönlerinin etkilerinin kısa süreli bir etkiye sahip olup olmadığı, uzun vadede ekonomiye ve o ekonomi içindeki vatandaşların gelir dağılımındaki adaletsizliğe neden olduğu örneklerle ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Ülkemizde bulunan kurum ve kuruluşların kayıt dışı ekonomiyle yakından ilgilendiği ve kayıt dışılıkla mücadele içinde olduğu gözlenmektedir. Yaptığım çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde kayıt dışı ekonomiyle ilgili bir takım çözüm önerileri yer almakta ve kayıt dışılıkla daha etkin şekilde mücadele etmenin yöntemleri örneklerle izah edilmiştir. Başta devlet olarak nasıl bir yol izlenmesi gerektiği, kayıt dışı ekonomiyle mücadele etmede toplum olarak sorumlulukların neler olduğu etraflıca anlatılmıştır. -------------------- Unregistered economy is the chronic problem of all countries, whether it is developed or developing countries. No matter what country, the increasing of the informal economy is a fact that is known to cause inequality and injustice in the income distribution of the people living in that country and unfair competition. In this study, the reasons and sources of the informal economy, as well as the positive or negative aspects of what was examined and also the ways to fight the informal economy were investigated. The positive effects of informal economy have a short-term effect on the economy in the long run and the inequalities in the distribution of income among the citizens of that economy have been tried to be explained by examples. It is observed that the institutions and organizations in our country are closely interested in the unregistered economy and are struggling against unregistered economy. The results section of the study included some solution proposals related to the informal economy and explained the methods of combating the informal economy more effectively with examples. What kind of way should be pursued as a state, and responsibilities as a community in the fight against the informal economy have been explained in detail.
