Özet:Arap Baharı sonrası meydana gelen çatışmalar nedeniyle binlerce mülteci, daha iyi bir yaşam umuduyla Avrupa'ya gitmiştir. Avrupa devletlerinin tutumu ve özellikle denizlerde meydana gelen kazalar sonucu binlerce mültecinin yaşamını yitirmesiyle bu süreç, krize dönüşmüştür. Mültecilerin, Avrupa'ya yönelmeleri ve bu konunun aşırı sağ partiler tarafından siyasallaştırılması ve seçim malzemesi haline getirilmesi yeni bir olgu değildir. Ancak, 2015 yılında Avrupa'nın yaşadığı mülteci krizi başta siyasi olmak üzere, Avrupa'da birçok dengeyi değiştirmiştir. Öyle ki, yılların birikimi olan insan hakları, çokkültürlü toplum ve İkinci Dünya Savaşı sonrası inşa edilen mülteci hakları gibi AB tasarruflarının yeniden değerlendirilmesine sebep olmuştur. Ayrıca, Brexit örneğinde olduğu gibi AB'nin geleceği de tartışma konusu olmuştur. Mülteci krizinin yaşandığı dönemde Avrupa devletleri tutarlı bir yaklaşım sergileyememiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda, mülteci krizine yönelik milliyetçi tepkiler verildiği, bu tepkilerin seçim sonuçlarına yansıdığı ve Avrupa'da aşırı sağın yükselmesine neden olduğu, incelenen üç ülke ve bu ülkelerde yer alan partiler üzerinde gözlemlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda, mülteci krizine yönelik, AB düzeyinde insan haklarına dayalı kapsamlı ve yapıcı politikalar oluşturulması, anaakım partilerin aşırı sağ seçmenin korku ve endişelerini dikkate alarak, seçmenlerle aralarındaki güven bağlarının yeniden kurulması gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır. -------------------- As a result of the conflicts following the Arab Spring, thousands of refugees have migrated to Europe with hopes of a better life. Due to the stance of the European governments and marine accidents in particular, which caused thousands of refugees to lose their lives, this process has become a crisis. The inclination of refugees towards Europe and the politization of this subject and its utilization for electoral purposes by the far right parties is not a recent phenomenon. However, the refugee crisis that Europe had undergone in 2015 has led to many changes, especially in terms of politics. In fact, it has caused the reevaluation of EU disposition like human rights, multicultural society, and refugee rights, constructed in the aftermath of the Second World War, which were built up over years. Furthermore, as in the example of Brexit, the future of the EU has become a matter of debate. The European governments could not show a consistent approach during the period of the refugee crisis. As a result of the analysis conducted in the three countries and the parties in these countries which were analyzed, it was observed that nationalist reactions were given to the refugee crisis, these reactions have been reflected on election results and led to the rise of the far right in Europe. In this regard, it was found that, concerning the refugee crisis, extensive and constructive policies based on human rights should be developed at the EU level, and that mainstream parties should rebuild bonds of trust between them and the voters, taking into consideration the fears and concerns of the far right voters.
