Özet:Çalışmaya kalitenin tanımı ve kalite kavramları ile kalitenin geliştirilmesi anlatılarak başlandı. Yeni üretim yöntemlerine göre matbaacılığın üretim şeması verildi. Matbaacılıkta kaliteli ürün ve kalite sistemi test baskı yapılarak açıklandı. Kaliteli ürün elde etmede meydana gelebilecek olası hatalar ve giderilme yöntemleri anlatıldı. Kaliteli mamul üretimine en etkili unsurlardan olan baskı atelyesinin fiziksel kalitesi ve kuruluş kriterleri ile kuruluşta kalite anlatıldı. Matbaacılığa ait TSE, ISO, DIN standartları verildi. Bu standartlar çerçevesinde baskı öncesi, baskı, baskı sonrası işlemler ve bu işlemlerde kullanılan kağıt, karton, mürekkep, kauçuk, nemlendirme suyu,film-çıktı ve baskı kalıplarının kalite özellikleri ve bu malzemelerle uygulanan test yöntemleri detaylı olarak anlatıldı. Söz konusu bu testlerin nasıl yapılacağı ve standartlara göre yapılacak kontroller anlatıldı. Rengi algılanması, spektrum, rengin fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri verildi. Renk sistemleri, renk ölçüm teknikleri, baskı kontrol şeritlerinin kullanım özellikleri ve densitometre incelendi. Rengin kontrolünde yapılan basit hesaplamalar açıklandı. Ofset baskı makinelerinin periyodik bakımları anlatıldı. İncelenen konuların sonuçları verildi yorum ve değerlendirmeler araştırmacılara yardım edecek şekilde açıklandı. The Investigation of Quality Control Critaria in The Offset Print In the first part of the study, the definiton of qality and the improvement of quality were included. According to the new producing processes, the producing diagram of printing was described. The product with quality and the quality system were described by preparing a test print. The processes, which eliminate the occurred defects while producing qualified products, are also explained. The physical quality of the printing workshop, which is the west effective parameter in the production of quality products and the criteria in the foundation of a new print workshop were described. The TSE, ISO and DIN standarts related to printing sector were given. In the frame of these standarts, the procedures before during and after printing and qulity properties of paper, cartoon, ink, fountain solution, film print outs, printing plates and the test methods applied to these materials were described. These test methods and controls againts standards were also explained. Perceive of colour, spectrum, physical and characteristics of colour were given in this thesis.The usage parameters of colour systems, colour measurement techniques, print control strips and the densitomer were investigated. The basic calculations of colour control were also explained. Techniques in the periodical care of offset printing machines were described. It is suggested that these results and explanations will help investigators.
