Özet:SİPARİŞE DAYALI ÜRETİM SİSTEMLERİNDE YALIN UYGULAMALAR VE HAZIR GİYİM SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR UYGULAMA Tüketici tercihlerinin çok hızlı değişmesi işletmeler arasındaki rekabeti daha da artmıştır. İşletmeler bu rekabetçi ortamda ayakta kalabilmesinin tek yolu değişime hızlı ayak uydurabilmesidir. Günümüzün rekabet ortamında model çeşitliliğinin artarak üretim sayılarının azalması ve ürün ömrünün kısalması hazır giyim sektörünün bir gerçeği haline gelmiştir. İşletmelerin değişime ve yeniliklere açık olması değişen üretim teknikleri ve teknolojilerini kendi sistemlerine adapte etmelerini sağlar. Hazır giyim sektörü, Türk ekonomisinin, lider ve en büyük ihracat getirisi olan sektörlerindendir. Bu bağlamda, deri hazır giyim sanayi, ihracat potansiyeli açısından Türkiye ekonomisinin en dinamik sektörlerinden birisidir. Türkiye deri giyim sanayi, toplam istihdam içerisindeki yüzde 1,5’lik ve toplam ülke ihracatı içerisinde yüzde 1,3’lük payı ile tüm sanayi sektörleri arasında 10. büyük sanayidir. Türkiye deri hazır giyim sanayi üretim kapasitesi, tecrübe, rekabet gücü, moda ve tasarım konularında en gelişmiş ülkeler arasındadır. Temelleri Toyota fabrikalarında atılan ve sürekli değişen rekabet koşullarına karşı esneklik sağlayan yalın üretim (Lean Production), tam zamanında (Just in Time) üretme felsefesiyle kaynakları gereken zamanda ve miktarda en düşük maliyette üretimin yapılmasını sağlamaktadır. Müşteri açısından ürüne değer katmayan gereksiz işgücü, malzeme, stok, taşıma vb. israfa neden olan tüm faaliyetlerin azaltılması ya da ortadan kaldırılmasıyla sağlayan bir sistemdir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, deri hazır giyim sanayinde siparişe dayalı üretim yapan işletmede yalın yöntemler doğrultusunda israf kaynaklarını ve bu israfların ortadan kaldırılmasını sağlayacak iyileştirme çalışmalarının yapılmasıdır. Öncelikle üretim sürecinin gözlemlenmesi, görüşme ve doküman incelemesi kullanılarak mevcut durum analizleri yapılmış, daha sonra veri analizleri yapılarak gelecek durum üretim değer akış haritaları tasarlanmıştır. Süreci optimize edecek öneriler ortaya konulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Deri Hazır Giyim, Yalın Üretim, Değer Akış Analizi, Değer Akış Haritalandırma ABSTRACT THE LEAN APPLICATIONS IN ORDER – BASED PRODUCTION SYSTEMS AND AN APPLICATION FOR APPAREL SECTOR With a rapid change of consumer preferences, competition among enterprises has increased more. The only way to survive in this competitive atmosphere is to keep up with the fast change. In today’s competitive atmosphere by increasing diversity of model reduction in the number of production and the shortening of the product cycle has become the reality of the garment industry. Being open to change and innovation adapts businesses’ own systems to the changing production techniques and technologies. Garment sector is one of the leaders of the Turkish economy with the large export income. In this respect, in terms of export potential, the leather garment industry is one of the most dynamic sectors of Turkish economy. Turkish leather garment industry shares 1.5 % of total employment and 1.3 % of total exports. It is 10th among all industrial sectors. Turkish leather garment industry is one of the most developed in leather industry among the world with production capacity, experience, competitiveness, fashion and design. Lean production, founded in Toyota factories, provides flexibility against ever-changing competitive conditions and low cost production according to the philosophy of “just in time” with the expenditure of resources in required time and amount. This is a system which is working from the perspective of the customer and preserving value with less labour, unnecessary materials, stocks, transport etc. The aim of this study is enhancement of the production processes of order based plants in terms of lean methods with removing the reasons of wastages. Firstly, production processes are observed, current situation is analyzed with using interviews and documents. Then the data is analyzed, production value stream maps are designed for future states. Recommendations are presented to optimize the processes. Key Words: Leather Confection, Lean Production, Value Stream Analysis, Value Stream Mapping.
