Özet:Türkiye’de işsizlik oranları hızla artarken, istihdam ve işgücü oranlarında azalmalar olmaktadır. Bunun tam tersi de olabilir; işsizlik oranları azalış gösterirken, istihdam ve işgücü oranlarında artış gözlenebilir. Dünyada da işsizlik, istihdam ve işgücü oranları sürekli olarak değişkenlik göstermektedir. Dünyada işsizlik oranları artarken, bazı ülkelerde tam tersine azaldığı tespit edilmiştir. Aynı şekilde dünyada istihdam oranları artarken birçok ülkede tam tersine düşüşler yaşanmaktadır. Bu noktada dünya ile uyumlu olup olmadığını tespit etmek önem arz etmektedir. Dünyadaki trende uyumlu hareket etmesi, ülkede yaşanan krizlerin ve olayların nedenlerini net bir şekilde tanımlamak ve ortaya koymakta etkili olmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu araştırmada da Türkiye ile dünya istatistiklerine göre işsizlik, istihdam ve işgücü oranlarının uyumlu olup olmadığı uyum katsayıları ile incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Ayrıca, dünya ile birlikte bazı seçilmiş grup ülkelerin de Türkiye işsizlik, istihdam ve işgücü verilerinin uyumlu olup olmadıkları incelenmiştir. -------------------- While the unemployment rate in Turkey is rapidly increasing, the employment and labor rates are decreasing. It could be the exact opposite; while unemployment rates have decreased, employment and laborforce rates could increase. Unemployment, employment and laborforce rates are constantly changing in the world. Unemployment rates in the world have increased, but in some countries it has been found to decrease. Likewise, while employment rates are increasing in the world, many countries are experiencing decreases on the contrary. At this point it is important to determine whether it is compatible with the world. The fact that it acts in harmony with the trend in the world is effective in defining and revealing the causes of crises and events in the country. Therefore, according to the World unemployment statistics with Turkey in this study it was aimed at examining compliance with which it is compatible coefficients of employment and labor rates. Also, some of the elected group of the country with the World and Turkey unemployment were examined whether they are compatible with the employment and laborforce data.
