Özet:Bu araştırma “ Animasyon Filmlerin Çocukların Değer Gelişimine Etkileri” adıyla hazırlanan bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın temel amacı günümüz eğitim anlayışının temel aldığı yapılandırmacılık yaklaşımının bir parçası olan sosyal yapılandırmacılıkla öğrencilerin kazandığı değerler ve çocukların değer kazanımında etkili olan animasyon filmlerin çocukların değer gelişimine etkilerinin olduğunu ortaya koymaktır. Sosyal Bilgiler öğretiminde animasyon filmlerin kullanılarak çocuklarda gelişen değerleri ortaya koymak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Sosyal Bilgiler 5. Sınıf seviyesinde öğrencilere kazandırılması gereken değerler belirlendi. Daha sonra bu değerleri benimseyen animasyon filmleri tespit etmek amacıyla incelemeler yapıldı. İncelemeler sonrasında 5. Sınıf değerlerine yer veren Arabalar 1 animasyon filmi belirlendi. Bu animasyon film çocuklarla beraber izlenerek değerlendirildi. Araştırmada nitel araştırma deseni seçilmiş, görüşme, döküman incelemesi tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada istenen verilere ulaşmak adına animasyon film izlenirken değerlerin verildiği bölümler durdurularak anında yorumlama, analiz ve değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Ayrıca Bloom taksonomisine göre öğrencilerin verdiği yanıtlara karşılık gelen beceriler tespit edilmiştir. Animasyon film izlendikten sonra ise yapılan görüşmelerde öğrencilere önceden hazırlanan sorular yöneltildi. Bu soruların cevaplarını takiben animasyon filmlerin çocuklarda değer kazanımında etkili oldukları, empati yeteneklerini kullandıkları, verilen değerlerin onlarda iz bıraktığı anlaşılmıştır. Bunu anlamak için de Bloom’un bilişsel ve duyuşsal taksonomisinden yararlanılmıştır. -------------------- This study is a study titled “The Effects of Animated Films on Children's Value Development”. The main aim of the study is to reveal the effects of the students' values and the value of animation films on the value development of children with social constructivism which is a part of the constructivism approach which is based on today's educational approach. It was prepared with the aim of revealing the evolving values in children by using animated films in Social Studies education. For this purpose, the values that should be gained to the students at the 5th grade level of Social Studies were determined. Afterwards, studies were carried out in order to identify the animated films that adopted these values. After the analysis, the animation film Cars 1, which includes 5th Grade values, was determined. This animation film was evaluated by watching with children. Qualitative research design was selected and interview and document analysis technique was used in the research. In order to reach the desired data in the research, the sections where the values were given while watching the animated film were stopped and the interpretation, analysis and evaluations were made instantly. In addition, according to Bloom's taxonomy, the skills corresponding to the answers of the students were determined. After watching the animated film, students were asked questions prepared in advance. Following the answers of these questions, it was understood that the animated films were effective in the appreciation of children, they used their empathy abilities and the values given left their mark on them. To understand this, Bloom's cognitive and affective taxonomy was used.
