Özet:

Bu çalışmada Hadîs-i Şeriflerin doğru anlaşılmasına katkı sağlayağı, ayrıca hadislerde zikredilen yer isimlerinin tarihi ve manevî değerlerinin korunmasına yardım edeceği düşüncesiyle Sahîh-i Buhârî esas alınarak hadislerde geçen yer isimleri incelenmiştir. Kırk beşi “Mekke ve Çevresi”, elli dokuzu “Medine ve Çevresi”, geri kalan elli beşi “Diğer Bölgeler” başlığı altında olmak üzere toplam yüz elli dokuz yer ismi tespit edilip incelemeye tâbî tutulmuştur. İncelenilen bu yer isimlerinin bazısında Hz. Peygamber bizzat bulunmuş, oraya uğramış, orada gazâ etmiştir veya Rasûlullah (s.a.) döneminde orada bir olay gerçekleşmiştir. Bir kısmı ise Hz. Peygamber’in bizzat bulunmadığı fakat bahsettiği yerlerdir. Hz. Peygamber zikrettiği bazı yerlerin de fazileti olduğunu haber vermiştir. Hadislerde geçen bazı yerlere ise Hz. Peygamber ashâbtan birini göndermiş veya mektup yollamıştır. Diğer bazı yerler ise başka herhangi bir sebeple hadiste zikredilmiştir. ABSTRACT In this work, place names mentioned in Hadiths have been analyzed by centering around Sahîh-i Buhârî with the consideration that they would contribute to an accurate interpreting of Hadiths, besides helping the preservation of historical and spiritual values of place names cited in Hadiths. A total of a hundred fifty nine place names consisting of forty five as “Mecca and the Vicinity,” fifty nine as “Medina and the Vicinity” and the rest fifty five under the title of “Other Regions” have been evaluated. In some of these examined places, the Prophet Mohammed was present in person; stopped by there; fought in jihad; or an incident occurred there during the Prophet’s period. Some of them are the places the Prophet was not present in person but he spoke of. The Prophet informed some of the places he mentioned are of virtue. The Prophet sent away a person from the Ashab or sent a letter to some places cited in Hadlths. Some other places were cited for any other reason.
