Özet:2000 SONRASI TÜRKİYE SİNEMASINDA SİVİL TOPLUM TEMSİLİ Türkiye’de sivil toplum kavramının ve sivil toplum kuruluşlarının gelişimi tarihsel süreç içerisinde ilerleme kaydetmiştir. Sivil toplum Osmanlı döneminden kalan mirasla Osmanlı’dan farklı saiklerle devam etmiştir. Cumhuriyet’in kuruluşuyla beraber batı menşeili sivil toplum kavramı literatürde ve günlük hayatta daha fazla yer etmeye başlamıştır. Türkiye’nin siyasi ve sosyolojik olgularından direkt etkilenen bu kavramın asıl gelişimi 1980 sonrasında gerçekleşmiştir. 1980 sonrası dönemin iktisadi koşulları ve dünyadaki gelişmeler Türkiye’nin sivil toplum haritasını şekillendirmiştir. Ancak sivil toplum modern anlamda karşılığını 2000’li yıllarda bulmuş ve 2000 sonrası dönem sivil toplumun en parlak dönemi olmuştur. Sivil toplum alanında yaşanan bu gelişmeyle beraber, Türkiye’de sinema filmlerinin de niceliksel ve niteliksel olarak arttığı bilinmektedir. Sinemada nakledilen kurgusal hikayeler, toplumsal dinamikleri okumanın en etkili yöntemlerinden biridir. Filmlerde metaforlar, semboller ve simgeler gerçekliği yeniden oluşturmaktadır. Uzun yıllar önce yapılmış filmler, birlikte yaşamadığımız ve hakkında en küçük bir fikrimizin olmadığı toplumların hikayesini anlatan filmler toplumun sosyolojik unsurlarını yansıtması film üzerinden toplumla ilgili bilgiler sunmaktadır. Bu kabulden hareketle yapılan bu çalışma, Türkiye’de sivil topluma ait unsurları ve sivil toplumun temsilini filmler üzerinden aktarmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, incelenen filmlerden hareketle sivil toplum temsili aktarılmaktadır. Anahtar Kelimeler : Sivil Toplum, Türkiye Sineması, STK ABSTRACT THE REPRESENTATIVE OF CIVIL SOCIETY IN TURKEY CINEMA AFTER 2000 The notion of civil society and the development of nongovernmental organizations in Turkey have been making progress in historical process. With the heritage of Ottoman period, these notions have been continuing in different motives than Ottoman Empire. By the establishment of the Turkish Republic, western origination notion of civil society has started to leave a mark in literature and daily life. The essential development of this notion which is directly influenced by Turkey’s political and sociological facts occurred after the 1980’s. The economic circumstances and global events after the 1980’s have shaped the civil society map of Turkey. However, civil society reached its modern content in the 2000’s which will later lead to the stage of the brightest period of the civil society after the 2000’s. With this development in the civil society field, it is known that motion picture has increased in qualitative and quantitative ways. The fictional stories that are projected in the cinema, are one of the best methods of reading social dynamics. Metaphors, symbols and signs in the movies recreate the reality. Movies that were produced many years ago, which tell stories about the societies that we know nothing about reflect sociological circumstances of the period and provide information about societies. From this viewpoint, this study relays the factors of and perceptions on the civil society in Turkey through movies. Keywords : Civil Society, Turkish Cinema, NGO
