Özet:ÖZET Türkiye’de mahremiyetin dönüşümünün aileye etkisini konu alan tezimiz 3 bölümden oluşmaktadır. I. bölümde mahremiyet ve mahremiyetin dönüşümüne dair kavramsal bir çerçeve oluşturulmuştur. Bu bölümde modernleşme ve post modernleşme kavram ve süreçleriyle bağlantılı olarak mahremiyet anlayışındaki dönüşümleri ilgili literatür çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. II. bölümde aile kavramını ve bir kurum olarak aileyi ilgili literatürü dikkate alarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda Türk aile yapısıyla ilgili yapılan araştırmalara işaret edilmiş ve mahremiyetin dönüşümünün Türk aile yapısına etkilerini ortaya koyulmuştur. III. Bölümde ise mahremiyetin dönüşümünün Türk ailesi üzerine etkilerini 2012-2017 tarihleri arasında Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığına bağlı Alo Fetva hattına gelen sorular üzerinden analiz edilmiştir. Böylece bu bölümde aile sorunları bağlamında mahremiyetin dönüşümünün sonuçlarını değerlendirilmiştir. Soruları analiz ederken öne çıkan temalar şunlar olmuştur: Öncelikle itaat ve evin reisliği ile ilgili bir değişim söz konusudur. Karşı cinsle ilişkilerin boyutuyla ilgili olup aldatma, zina ve flört konuları gündeme gelmiştir. Aile içi mahremiyetin tamamıyla yok sayıldığı bu tarz bir anlayış aile birliğinde yıkıcı bir etki oluşturmaktadır. Cinsler arasındaki mesafenin azalmış olması, kamusal alanın birlikte paylaşılması, sosyal medya, iletişim olanakları ve bunun gibi etkenlerle mahremiyetin dönüşümüne yol açmıştır. Aile hayatında haz temelli seçimlerde bulunan bireyler, Türk aile yapısında hâkim olan sadakat ve aidiyet duygularını zayıflatmaktadır. Çalışmamızda mahremiyetin dönüşümünün aile içi sorunlar çerçevesinde görmek mümkündür. Ailede görülen sapkın cinsel yönelimler başlığında ensest ilişkiler, yakın akraba(eşin kız kardeşi, yeğeni) ile yaşanan aldatma durumları ve bunun yanı sıra ailedeki bireylerin farklı cinsel yönelimleri ele alınmıştır.-------------------- THE EFFECTS OF PRIVACY TRANSFORMATION ON THE FAMILY Cemile Kaplan Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences Master Thesis, May 2018 Advisor: Assist. Assoc. HAFİZE ŞULE ALBAYRAK ABSTRACT Conversion of family influence on the subject of privacy in Turkey Our thesis consists of 3 parts. In Chapter I, a conceptual framework for the transformation of privacy and privacy was established. In this section, the transformations in the understanding of privacy in connection with the concepts and processes of modernization and post modernization are evaluated within the framework of the relevant literature. In Chapter II., the concept of family and the family as an institution were evaluated by taking into consideration the relevant literature. In this context, the studies on Turkish family structure have been pointed out and the effects of the transformation of privacy on the Turkish family structure have been revealed. In Chapter III., the effects of the transformation of privacy on the Turkish family were analyzed on the questions coming to the Alo Fetva line connected to the Presidency of Religious Affairs between 2012-2017. Thus, in this chapter, the results of the transformation of privacy in the context of family problems were evaluated. When analyzing the questions, the main themes were: First, there is a change in obedience and the head of the house. The issues related to the size of relations with the opposite sex and the issues of deceit, adultery and dating have been raised. This kind of understanding, in which family privacy is completely ignored, has a devastating effect on family unity. The decrease in the distance between the sexes, the sharing of the public sphere, social media, communication possibilities and so on have led to the transformation of privacy. Individuals who make gratuitous choices in family life weaken their sense of loyalty and belonging that prevails in Turkish family structure. In our study, it is possible to see the transformation of privacy within the framework of domestic problems. In the title of hereditary sexual orientation in the family, incest relations, the relatives of the relative (spouse's sister, nephew) and the different sexual orientations of the individuals in the family were discussed.
