Özet:Şirketler genellikle kar elde ettikleri dönemlerde yaptıkları faaliyetler ve finansal bilgilere çok fazla önem vermezler. Hatta bazı işletmelerde hala bütçe yapılmadığı ve bütçe yönetiminin olmadığı da bilinmektedir. Fakat herhangi bir kriz olduğunda ya da finansal olarak sorunlar ile karşılaşıldığında gelir, gider, nakit akışları ve bütçeler önem kazanmaktadır. Bir şirketin sürdürülebilirliğini sağlayabilmesi için finansal bilgilere her zaman önem vermeli ve finansal açıdan şirketin durumu sürekli olarak değerlendirilmelidir. Finansal bilgilerin önemi sebebiyle, ülke ekonomisinin güçlü ve istikrarlı olması için işletmelerin sürdürülebilirliğinin sağlanması şarttır. Sürdürülebilirliklerini sağlayabilmek için bu işletmelerin ellerindeki fonları daha özenli kullanması gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle, işletmelerde özellikle bütçe çalışmaları önem kazanmaktadır. Çalışmada bu işletmelerin sürdürülebilirliğinin önündeki en büyük engellerden olan bütçe hazırlanması ve bütçenin takibi ele alınmış ve şirketlerin gerçeklerine uygun uygulamaların nasıl olması gerektiği ortaya konmuştur. Moreover, it is known that some companies still do not make budget or have a budget management. However, when they face a crisis or a financial problem, then income, expenses, cash flows and budgets gain importance. In order for a company to maintain its sustainability, it should always give importance to financial information and the financial status of the company must be evaluated consistently. Due to the importance of financials, maintaining the sustainability is essential for the companies in order to have a strong and stable economy in the country. These companies must use their funds more carefully so as to maintain their sustainability. For this reason, in companies, especially budget studies become crucial. This study approaches budget preparation and follow up which is the major obstacle in the sustainability of these companies and puts forward how the applications in accordance with the facts of the companies should be.
