Özet:TÜKETİCİ KOOPERATİFLERİ Ekonomik hayatın ve iktisadi faaliyetlerin başlangıç noktası insanların ihtiyaçlarını karşılama meselesidir. Tüketicilerin ortak haklarını savunabilmek amacı ile bir araya geldikleri kuruluşlardan en önemlisi tüketici kooperatifleridir. Tüketici kooperatifleri gerek gelişmiş gerekse gelişmekte olan ülkelerde, üyelerine ucuza mal temin etmenin yanında, temiz ve kaliteli mal sağlamak, her türlü hile usullerini ortadan kaldırmak ve bu sayede piyasada güvenle alınabilecek tüketim maddelerinin yerleşmesini sağlamak amaçlarını gerçekleştirmeye çalışmaktadırlar. Bugün Türkiye’de devlet daireleri, bankalar ve özel sektör işyerlerinde bulunan tüketici kooperatifleri, üyelerine çok sınırlı ekonomik menfaatler temin ederek faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedirler. Bunun nedenleri arasında tüketici kooperatiflerinin finansman, denetim ve eğitim gibi sorunlarının bulunmasıdır. Bu gibi sorunlara çözüm bulunduğu takdirde tüketici kooperatifleri gelişmelerini sürdürerek toplumdaki önemli yerini alacaktır. SUMMARY CONSUMER COOPERATIVES The starting point for economic life and economic activities is to meet the needs of the people. One of the most important institutions through which consumers come together is consumer cooperatives. Consumer Cooperatives try to provide clean and quality goods as well as affordable ones and eliminate all kinds of cheating, and accordingly to provide dominance of the consumer products which can be bought safely from the market. Today, consumer cooperatives in state offices, banks and private workplaces continue their activities by providing very limited economic activities. This is because of the problems of the cooperatives such as financial, supervision and auditing problems. If the solutions are found to cure these problems, then the consumer cooperatives shall continue to advance and take an important place in the society.
