Özet:Anahtar Kelimeler : İyilik, Kötülük, Ma’ruf, Münker, Tavsiye, Sakındırma KUR’AN’DA İYİLİĞİ TAVSİYE VE KÖTÜLÜKTEN SAKINDIRMA Tezimizde, bir konulu tefsir çalışması olarak, Müslümanlar için dini bir görev olan iyiliği tavsiye etme ve kötülükten sakındırma prensibini; hem konunun kavramsal çerçevesini detaylıca çizerek, hem de konunun Kur’an bütünlüğü içerisinde ele alınışını çeşitli açılardan inceleyerek işledik. Tezimiz iki bölümden oluşmaktadır: Birinci bölümde, tez konumuzun kavramsal çerçevesini genişçe ortaya koyduk. Bu bağlamda öncelikle iyiliği tavsiye ve kötülükten sakındırmanın mahiyetini açıkladık. Daha sonra konu başlığımızı oluşturan; iyilik, kötülük, tavsiye ve sakındırma sözcüklerini karşılayan ya da bu sözcüklerle yakın anlamda olan Kur’anȋ kavramları detaylı bir şekilde izah ettik. Bu izahta, kavramların lügat manalarını ifade ettikten sonra, Kur’anȋ bir kavram olarak ne anlama geldiklerini, bu kavramların geçtiği Kur’an ayetleri çerçevesinde anlatmaya çalıştık. İkinci bölümde ise, iyiliği tavsiye etme ve kötülükten sakındırma prensibini Kur’an’ın nasıl işlediğini, konu ile ilgili ayetler ışığında ve çeşitli rivayet ve dirayet tefsirlerinden yararlanarak anlattık. Bunu yaparken iyiliği tavsiye etme ve kötülükten sakındırma prensibini; önemi ve fazileti açısından, yerine getirecek kimseler açısından, yerine getirecek kimselerde bulunması gereken nitelikler ve bu görevi yaparken kullanacakları yöntemler açısından ve son olarak bu görevin kendilerine yapılacağı hedef kitle açısından Kur’anȋ perspektiften ele aldık. Oluşturduğumuz ana ve alt başlıkları da, Kur’an ayetleri doğrultusunda belirledik. Sonuç olarak tezimizle, mü’minlerin iyiliği tavsiye etme ve kötülükten sakındırma vazifeleri konusunda, Kur’an’ın ne söylediğini öğrenmek isteyenlerin yararlanabileceği bir konulu tefsir çalışması ortaya koyduk. Keywords : Good, Evil, Well-known, Enjoining, Forbidding, Prohibitions, Order ABSTRACT “ENJOINING THE GOOD AND FORBIDDING THE EVIL” IN THE KORAN In this thesis, as a study of an exegesis of a subject, we have analysed the principle of “enjoining the good and forbidding the evil”, which is a religious duty for the Muslims, both by drawing a conceptual framework of the subject in detail, and by examining the exegesis of it within the integrity of the Koran. Our thesis consists of two chapters: In the first chapter, we set out broadly the conceptual framework of the subject of our thesis. In this context, we gave explanations about the significance of the “enjoining the good and forbidding the evil”. After that, we explained in detail the concepts from the Koran that correspond or have close meanings to the terms such as good, evil, enjoining, forbidding which altogether comprise the title of our subject. In this explanation, after indicating the dictionary definitions of those concepts, we tried to clarify what they meant as the Koranic concepts within the framework of those Koranic verses in which such concepts were used. In the second chapter we explained about how the Koran treated the principle of “enjoining the good and forbidding the bad”, taking into consideration the verses about the subject, and by means of the interpretations of various narratives and wisdoms. In doing so, we handled, from the Koranic perspective, the principle of “enjoining the good and forbidding the evil” with regard to its significance and virtue reference to those who will perform it, and the qualifications and methods that those who will perform it should have, and fınally in connection with the target audience that such duty will be performed on. We determined the main and subtitles, corresponding to the Koranic verses. Consequently, with this thesis, we presented a work of exegesis of the subject of “enjoining the good and forbidding the evil” for those believing Muslims who want to learn what the Koran says about the performances of that principle mention above.
