Özet

In this study, four nanofiber surfaces were produced. These are silk fibroin (SF), fibroin and polyethylene oxide (PEO) mixture, polyurethane (PU) and fibroin-polyethylene oxide/polyurethane mixture. The SF-PEO / PU mixture was ob- tained by shooting simultaneously from 2 separate nozzle heads. Viscosity, conductivity, FTIR and horizontal/vertical strength tests were applied to the obtained nanosurfaces. It is aimed to use the obtained nanosurfaces as an in-body structure after more detailed production and tests in terms of the area of use.
