Abstract

Objective: In our study it was aimed to investigate the in vitro postantibiotic effect (PAE) of different concentrations of imipenem and meropenem, alone and in combinations with vancomycine against a standart strain of Staphyloccoccus aureus ATCC 29213 and clinically isolated methicillin susceptible Staphyloccoccus aureus (MSSA) and methicillin resistance Staphyloccoccus aureus (MRSA) strains.
