Since 1963 in Turkey, Collective Bargaining has become increasingly antiquated as an increasingly
important process. In this process, which is so routine, labor and employer trade unions, who are party
to collective bargaining, adopt a set of behaviors and constitute essentially bargaining strategies. In
this study, the factors affecting the collective bargaining process in our country will be determined and
the processes of determining and implementing the strategies will be examined. In this context, as a
result of in-depth interviews with 30 trade union officials, collective bargaining strategies will be
determined and their impact on the bargaining process will. The development of collective bargaining
strategies of trade unions in Turkey as a natural result of this study can be observed.
