The thinkers who demand to change Quranic judgements in co un ter of necessisites of modem

that Qur'an address to specific history in general history. İt's clear that it's message is universal in spite of Quranic speech has tended to history that has used histoncal speech due to human obligation. Therefore ıt has to maket hat Muslims have to constitute a life model which
match to !heir histoıies by benefiting from flexibility of Quranic judgements instead of practising anather methods that unfamiliar with our culture. Because ıt has not been given to human talents that develope projetes which might pass over the time.
