Özet

Problem Statement: Determining the Turkish educational institutions' usage levels of the Internet as an information and communication tool is important for our country which achieves significant developments in the process of accession to the EU in terms of understanding how much we are ready for the e-transformation and of developing the strategies required for this purpose.
