Childhood sexual abuse is an important public problem and is rapidly increasing worldwide. Sexual abuse in early childhood, when a child's personality is shaped, leads to various physical and mental disorders in adulthood and more health and therapy needs. Therefore, investigating of effective programs, therapy methods and organizations about this issue is very important. In this study, sexual abuse in early childhood, rehabilitation and effective organizations were prepared as a review based on a literature review of current sources. By the researches, while cognitive behavioral therapy was the most effective in the rehabilitation process, play therapy was effective in the process of disclosing abuse due to its appropriateness for child development. Other therapy methods are important options depending on the situation of abuse. There are effective programs and organizations against childhood sexual abuse in the world, including the Child Monitoring Center in Turkey. Also, it is recommended to prepare a comprehensive sexual education program in the preschool period and to raise awareness of families. It was suggested that studies on sexual abuse be conducted in a more organized manner and that the publications be brought together.
