As part of the Post-traumatic growth models and research, spiritual growth describes all kinds of positive changes in a person's spiritual life after severe life crises. This study examines the spiritual growth experiences of 24 hemodialysis patients using a semi-structured interview method with a qualitative research design. It handles possible "spiritual growth" experiences in four areas: growth in religious belief, religious feeling, religious life, and human relations. In addition, the religious -related interpretations of the sample group are discussed as a different heading. According to the study results, the patients generally interpret their experiences with positive religious connotations. About 15 of the patients have experienced spiritual growth in at least one area that appears to be essential parameters; helplessness/despair in the face of sickness and death, a positive image of God, the concept of "wisdom," and the belief in the hereafter.
