Simulation of the Heat Transfer Model of a Sample Thermal System, Which Was Created by Use of MATLAB and LabVIEW

Özet

In this study, mathematical model of a sample thermal system has been formed and by the block diagram of that model has been constituted by means of the both software MATLAB and LabVIEW. By the study carried out, the model of a sample thermal system has been modeled by the both software and been compared. Even though the analyses arisen in consequence of modeling are similar, use of the both software and feasibility of the analyses have been observed. The software MATLAB can produce solution for lots of technical problems by means of its easy codification algorithm; and besides it makes system modeling easier because of its great variety of element figures in its Simulink Library. On the other hand, as for the software LabVIEW being used widespread, it becomes prominent as software producing practical solutions for data collecting, data processing and data monitoring. Besides these characteristics of the both software, it can make system modeling by means of its simulation toolbox. In the study carried out, system responses have been obtained for heat transfer model by using the both software; and graphs of the system outputs are given.
