"Reshideddin's Oguzname" has been analyzed from various perspectives until today. But it has not been analyzed within the detailed context of "woman". This paper aims analyzing "Oguzname" from the various perspectives within the context of woman and discussing the basic facts which forms the perspectives intended for woman. This paper which shows, except a few examples, woman doesn't have a positive image in Reshideddin's Oguzname, it also tries to show that; to have better results from the assessments of woman, and the subject can't be approached detachedly from the specialties (religion, culture, social life, interaction etc.) of the period in which the Reshideddin's Oguzname was written.
