Özet

Purpose: An ultrasonic resorbable pin (SonicWeld, KLS Martin, Muhlheim, Germany) was compared with hyaluronic acid (Hyaloss Matrix, Anika Therapeutics, Bedford, MA) for their ability to maintain space in non-grafted sinus lifting.
