Abstract

Background: Left ventricular dyssynchrony and myocardial fibrosis are common findings in patients with nonischemic dilated cardiomyopathy (NDCM). The aim of this study was to investigate the association between myocardial fibrosis and intraventricular systolic dyssynchrony (DYS-sys) in patients with NDCM.
