For the calibration laboratories, the findings of inter-laboratory comparisons and proficiency tests are an important parameter for ensuring the quality of calibration results carried out by laboratories. In order to demonstrate a level of equivalence among the participant laboratories and guarantee the quality of their services, accredited and nonaccredited laboratories that have a quality system for their working areas are expected to participate in inter-laboratory comparisons and proficiency tests at specific intervals. In this study, bilateral inter-laboratory comparison measurements were made with a newly established laboratory abroad, willing to be accredited, and organizational steps were given, measurement results were shared and evaluations were made on the comparison results.
