The purpose of this experimental study is to investigate the effectiveness of the business ethics and corporate social responsibility courses in business schools. The sample of the study 64 undergraduate students in business school and 64 professions in MBA program. This article discusses whether we can teach business ethics in business schools, and if so, how can we used as a tool raising and developing responsible leaders. Findings suggested that student in experimental group showed improved in especially personal cases while professions in experimental group showed improved in business ethically sensitive situations.
