© 2018 The Author(s).In this case report, we present two patients who developed serious dermatological adverse reactions following vortioxetine use. Dermatological signs and symptoms disappeared following discontinuation of vortioxetine. These two cases can be useful in routine clinical practice to recall the parameters that need to be systematically addressed in cases of suspected adverse drug reactions with vortioxetine use in depressed patients.
